When working with inventory management, there are two modes: viewing mode and editing mode. In viewing mode, you can only view the information without making any changes, while in editing mode, you can make modifications to the data.

When you click on a plot, more detailed information about it will appear. In this mode, you can access comprehensive details and attributes associated with the plot.

Lot structure - Lot

On the left side, you will find the structure of the plot. The structure represents the layout or composition of the plot and may include various elements or compartments within it.

The structure of the plot consists of a Lot section, which contains general information about the plot. This section provides an overview of the plot's details and characteristics, similar to the screenshot provided above.

Next, there is a section that provides general information about the plot, referred to as "Summary." This section offers an overview or summary of key details related to the plot.

The information available for the plot includes:

  • Number: The unique identification number assigned to the plot.

  • Status: The current status of the plot, indicating whether it is available, occupied, reserved, or has any other designation.

  • Section: The section or segment within the cemetery where the plot is located.

  • Block: This parameter divides the sector into smaller blocks for organizational purposes.

  • Tier: This parameter is specifically used for mausoleums and represents the tier or level within the structure.

  • Ridge: This indicates the specific part of the sector, such as south, north, east, or west. It is optional and may or may not be utilized.

  • Type: The classification or type of the plot, which can vary based on different criteria or designations.

  • Rights: The ownership or rights associated with the plot, including any restrictions or entitlements.

  • Dimensions: The dimensions or size specifications of the plot, indicating its length, width, or any other relevant measurements.

  • Managed by Organization: In some cases, the plot may be managed by an organization that leases it out for long-term arrangements. This typically applies to sectors or specific parts of sectors. The religious organization or another entity manages the plot, while the cemetery manager is responsible for record-keeping.

  • Location: By clicking on the location icons, you can copy the coordinates or directly view the plot's location on the map.

You can see these icons in this screenshot:

Monumentation is responsible for the physical representation or memorialization of a burial. It can exist at different levels: the plot level, the grave level, or the individual level. Monumentation refers to specific structures or constructions associated with these levels. It can be dedicated to an entire family or to an individual.

The Transaction module is responsible for managing payments. It displays transactions that have been processed using our system. It provides an overview of all payments made, and it also includes a link to the sales deal associated with each transaction.

When a payment is made using our system, the transaction details are recorded and stored in the Transaction module. This allows users to track and monitor all financial activities related to the cemetery, including purchases, payments, and sales deals.

In addition to the transaction information, the module also provides a link to the corresponding sales deal. This allows users to easily navigate to the sales details and retrieve further information about the transaction, such as the specific products or services purchased, pricing details, and any relevant terms or agreements.

If needed, you can add notes within the system. Notes serve as a way to record additional information or comments related to a specific transaction, customer, or any other relevant aspect of the customer care process.

In the Contacts module, you will find a list of rights holders, contact persons, and responsible individuals. This section serves as a centralized database for storing relevant contact information related to these entities.

If specific documents have been added during the transaction process, they will be stored and accessible within the Documents section.

The Documents section serves as a repository for various documents related to the transactions or processes within the customer care support system. These documents can include agreements, contracts, certificates, permits, or any other relevant paperwork associated with the transactions or customer interactions.

When you click on the arrow icon next to a document, you will have the option to download it.

In the Books section, you can find scans from the burial registration book.

The Books section is dedicated to preserving and digitizing the information contained in the burial registration books. These books traditionally serve as official records of burials, documenting important details such as names, dates, and locations of interments.

Lot structure - Grave

Next comes the level of Grave. There can be multiple graves within a lot.

The Grave level represents individual burial plots or sites within a lot. It allows for detailed management and tracking of each specific burial location. Information related to each grave, such as the name of the deceased, dates of birth and death, and any additional notes or remarks, can be recorded and maintained.

At the Grave level, you will find information about Specifications, including depth and capacity, as well as Monumentation.

Specifications refer to the specific details and characteristics of each grave. This includes information such as the depth of the burial site and the number of available spaces within the grave. These specifications help in effectively managing and organizing the burial spaces within the cemetery.

Additionally, Monumentation details are also associated with each grave. Monumentation refers to the physical structures or markers that commemorate the burial site, such as headstones, plaques, or other memorial installations. The Monumentation information captures the specific details and designations related to the commemorative features present at the grave.

Lot structure - Decedent

Next comes the level of Decedent, where all the necessary information about the deceased individual is present.

The Decedent level contains comprehensive details about the person who has passed away. This includes personal information such as their full name, date of birth, date of death, gender, and any additional relevant information like their marital status, occupation, or religious affiliation.

In addition to personal information, the Decedent level may also include specific details related to the burial, such as the grave location, burial date, and any special requests or considerations made by the family or legal representatives.

Furthermore, important documents and records associated with the deceased, such as death certificates, obituaries, or any other pertinent files, may be stored and accessed at the Decedent level.

Similarly, the Burial level contains relevant information specifically related to the burial process.

At the Burial level, you can find details about the burial arrangement, including the date and time of the burial, the location of the grave, and any specific instructions or preferences provided by the family or legal representatives.

Additionally, the Burial level may include information about the funeral service or memorial ceremony associated with the burial, such as the date, time, and location of the service, as well as any specific rituals, readings, or cultural customs to be observed.

Documents and records related to the burial, such as burial permits, cemetery regulations, or any other relevant paperwork, may also be stored and accessed at the Burial level.

Monumentation & Photos

Photographs can be added at each level of the lot. Generally, photographs are associated with monumentation. They are added if the current lot can be inspected on-site. This additional feature helps to keep the inventory data up-to-date.

In the view mode, all photographs related to the lot are displayed. In the edit mode, each photograph can be edited at its respective level. This allows for convenient management and editing of photographs associated with the lot, ensuring accurate documentation and representation of the lot's condition.
