Lot's management refers to the process of overseeing and maintaining burial plots and records of deceased individuals interred in the ground. This includes various activities such as assigning and tracking plots, maintaining accurate records of burials, managing grave markers or headstones, and ensuring the proper upkeep of the burial grounds. Lot's management is crucial for maintaining organized and efficient operations within a cemetery, providing a dignified resting place for the deceased, and facilitating effective record-keeping for future reference and genealogical purposes.

The full list of your lots will be shown on the inventory page by default.

The inventory management system offers two different views for visualizing the plots: a table view and a map view.

Table View: In the table view, all the plots are displayed in a list format. Each row represents a plot and provides relevant details such as plot number, status, ownership, and other pertinent information. This view allows you to easily browse and search through the plots, sort them based on specific criteria, and perform actions on individual or multiple plots.

Map View: The map view provides a graphical representation of all the plots on a map interface. Each plot is marked with a pin or marker, allowing you to visually identify its location. You can zoom in and out, pan the map, and interact with the markers to access detailed information about each plot. This view provides a spatial perspective and helps you visualize the distribution and layout of the plots within the cemetery.

In the map view, sectors are divided into clusters. Sectors can have names consisting of numbers, letters, or a combination of both.

As you zoom in closer to a sector, the plots within that sector start to cluster together. This clustering helps manage the display of plots in a compact and organized manner, especially when zoomed in.

To zoom in on a specific sector, you can either click directly on the sector on the map or choose it from the dropdown list. Both actions will allow you to focus on the selected sector and view its plots in more detail.

By default, the inventory management system utilizes Google Maps for the map view, providing a familiar and widely-used mapping service. However, there is also an additional feature available to capture photographs of plots using a drone.
