Filters & Search

While in this submodule, you can filter the data based on the following criteria.

a) Sectors: Each cemetery is divided into sectors. You can filter the data based on specific sectors within the cemetery. This allows for better organization and management of the burial plots and related information within different sectors of the cemetery.

b) Types and Rights: The types determine the capacity of burial plots or areas for both burials and cremations. Each type specifies the number of bodies that can be accommodated within the burial plots or designated areas. Rights refer to the ownership or legal rights associated with specific burial plots or areas.

c) Statuses: Statuses provide information about the current condition or state of the burial plots or related elements within the cemetery. These statuses can include occupied, available, reserved, under maintenance, or any other relevant indicators that help track and manage the status of burial plots or related areas.

Here's some more information about the statuses and their meanings:

  • Planned: This status is assigned to a plot that is scheduled for listing or exhibition. When a Cemetery Manager adds a plot, it will always have this status initially. It also appears in the Sales module.

  • Occupied: If a plot has at least one deceased individual buried in it, the status is immediately changed to "Occupied" to indicate its current usage.

  • Reserved: A plot with this status is in the process of being sold, but the payment has not been completed yet. It is temporarily held for a potential buyer.

  • Owned: This status indicates that the transaction for the plot has been completed, the payment has been processed, and the Certificate of Ownership has been issued.

  • Available for Sale: Plots with this status are currently available for purchase. They are not yet reserved or sold.

  • Exhumated: This status is assigned to plots that have undergone exhumation, meaning the remains have been removed from the plot.

By utilizing these filtering criteria for sectors, types and rights, and statuses, you can effectively manage and retrieve specific information within the lot management submodule of the cemetery system.
