Instruction to the portal functional and services

When you visit the Public Records page, you are presented with a search bar. Enter the decedent's name and click the "Search Burial Records" button or push "Enter" on your keyboard.

A list of decedents matching the search request will appear. When you find the correct entry, click on it to go to the record.

The decedent's general information, lot location and photos, if present, could be found here. Functions such as "Show on map" or "Contact cemetery" can be accessed via the corresponding buttons. You can also share the link to the record to someone else using the "Share record" button.

The Public Records platform allows ordering services from the cemetery. To do so, click the "Order services" button.

To send the order to the cemetery, there are 3 steps.

Step 1: Choose services.

To add service or services to your checkout cart, select "Add to Order" near the correct ones.

You can browse all the services by scrolling down the page, but you are also able to go straight to the category you need by selecting it from the options on top. For example, the picture below shows that the "Flowers & Plants" category of the list is shown now.

Order Total will be displayed at the bottom of the screen. The cart icon will show you the complete list of all the services you've chosen so far on click. To remove something from the list, click the "-" minus icon. To continue to the next step, select "Checkout".

Step 2: Confirmation of the order.

Make sure everything is correct and fill in the information about the Purchaser. The cemetery needs this information to keep you updated on the progress of the order. You can also add any special instructions if necessary.

To continue, select "Go to payment".

Step 3: Payment.

Enter the necessary information and press the "Make a payment" button.

After the confirmation from your bank, the order will be sent to the cemetery and they will begin working on it.
