Internal Inventory system and public Search records are two separated systems. Reasons being security & performance. No action on public website should affect your internal operations.
Data between Inventory system & Public site is synchronized automatically on nightly bases.
For the synchronization, we only take records where Decedent's personal details are changed (e.g. names, dates, addresses, gender, veteran status, burial details, etc.) At the same time for the public website, we take photos from the Grave level.
So, the algorithm to change data/photos on public website is:
- Change Decedent's personal details. Save changes.
- Change photos on Grave level in Lot card. Save changes.
- Data will be synced next night.
If the synchronization doesn’t occur next night, please contact our support team.
