The Inventory is responsible for managing all the data used by the cemetery. It represents the current and up-to-date state of the cemetery at any given moment. The inventory includes information about various aspects such as burial plots, grave markers, available services, and other relevant data related to the cemetery's operations. It serves as a comprehensive record and helps in efficiently managing the resources and services provided by the cemetery.

Inventory can be conducted in various ways:

  1. On-site using a mobile application: Inventory can be performed directly in the field using a dedicated mobile application. This allows for real-time data collection, updating, and synchronization with the inventory management system.

  2. Integration with other systems: Inventory can be conducted by integrating with other systems, including Excel or any other database. This enables data import/export and synchronization between the inventory management system and external databases or spreadsheets.

  3. Hybrid approach: A combination of the first two methods can be used, where inventory is conducted both on-site using a mobile application and through integration with other systems. This provides flexibility and convenience in capturing inventory data using the most suitable approach for different scenarios.

You can access the inventory management dashboard in two ways:

  1. Through the "Inventory Management" link: You can directly navigate to the inventory management dashboard by clicking on the "Inventory Management" link provided in the dashboard. This link will redirect you to the dedicated inventory management interface.

  2. From the toolbar in the same dashboard, you can click on the icon: To access the inventory management workspace, you can simply click on the corresponding icon located in the toolbar of the dashboard.

The inventory management consists out of different modules.

You can directly go to each of these modules from the navigation menu on the left. When you hover your cursor over the icon, it will tell you what module it is.
