Add Lot

To add a new item, navigate to the Cemetery Inventory page using the sidebar menu. 

Next, click the "ADD LOT" button.

The inventory page will automatically switch to "Map view".

You need to specify the new lot's location. To do that, pick the desired section of the cemetery on the screen or use the "SECTION NUMBER" drop menu on the left. Then, scroll your mouse wheel up or use the on-screen controls to zoom in on the location of your choice.

Click on the map where you want your new lot to be. If you made a mistake, simply click on a different place to move the marker. When you are confident with the placement of the lot, click the "ADD NEW LOT HERE" button.

To complete the lot placement, you must assign it a Number, Status, Type, and Interment Rights. Other fields are optional and can be completed later.

Then, you can "SAVE LOT" or "SAVE AND EDIT LOT" if needed.

You can also add a new lot by splitting an existing one. 

Note that you cannot split a lot if it is already occupied. This operation cannot be undone.

To split the plot, find the lot you need in the inventory, click on it, and then in the lot card click the "EDIT LOT" button.

A new page will open. Scroll down the page until you see the "SPLIT LOT" button.

To complete this action, you must assign new lots names, choose the interment rights, and add more lots if necessary.

Check if everything is correct and tick the checkbox, then click "SPLIT AND CONTINUE WITH A NEW LOT"
