The cemetery settings start with the "Cemetery Info" section. Here, you can specify the location of the cemetery. This is where you can enter the address or geographic coordinates of the cemetery to accurately identify its location. Providing the correct cemetery location allows for various features and functionalities, such as weather updates, mapping services, and other location-based services, to be tailored to that specific cemetery.


Price list

Our system features a function for managing predefined price lists. We have categories that correspond to specific cemeteries and their set of services.


From the very beginning, you will encounter service categories within the system.


These categories can be edited, deleted, and new ones can be created. To edit a category, simply click on the "Edit" button associated with that category.

When you access the service category management section, you will see a list of existing categories. Each category will have an "Edit" button next to it, allowing you to modify its details.


We have a feature for managing a pre-defined price list. We have categories that correspond to specific cemeteries and their set of services. Within the module, you can edit and add categories according to your preferences. 


In the pre-defined or previously created categories, you have the ability to delete services using the trash bin icon.


Or add new services using the "Add Service" button.


After clicking the "Add Service" button, a field will appear where you can enter the name of the service. Additionally, there will be a separate field next to it where you can input the corresponding cost of the service.

 

Schedule

Our system includes a scheduling feature that plays a crucial role.


The schedule determines the regular working hours of the cemetery as well as special days such as New Year or other holidays. When using the cemetery website, users can select available dates and times for appointments at the cemetery.


You can also add a special day as a non-working day by clicking on the "Add Special Day" button.

Additionally, you can specify shortened working hours or designate a day as a non-working day. You can choose to make these adjustments
on a recurring basis or as a one-time event by selecting the "Annually" checkbox.
 

Notifications

Notifications for system activities can be sent to users who have enabled them.


You can choose to receive notifications via email or push notifications on your mobile phone. This keeps you informed about all the events and updates happening within the system.

If notifications are delayed by 30 minutes, you can select the automatic checkbox to notify our support team about the issue. This will help us promptly address any notification delays and ensure smooth communication within the system.
