In our system, the "Purchases" section is where you can find information about your transactions. It is a record of all the purchases you have made, including details such as the date, transaction number, location, owner information, and a list of services associated with each transaction.

By clicking on a specific transaction, you can view the details of that transaction. From there, you have the option to mark the transaction as completed or cancel any prepaid services associated with it.

A transaction can have one of six statuses:

  1. Pending Cemetery Signature: This status indicates that the transaction is awaiting signature from the cemetery. The required documents are pending cemetery approval.

  2. Pending Purchaser Signature: This status indicates that the transaction is awaiting signature from the purchaser. The necessary documents are pending the purchaser's approval.

  3. Pending Payment: This status indicates that the transaction is awaiting payment. The purchaser is yet to complete the payment process.

  4. Partially Paid: This status indicates that the transaction has been partially paid. A portion of the total amount has been successfully paid by the purchaser.

  5. Paid in Full: This status indicates that the transaction has been fully paid. The purchaser has successfully completed the payment process, and the transaction is considered fully paid.

  6. Cancelled: This status indicates that the transaction has been cancelled. The transaction has been terminated and will not proceed further.

Filtering options are available in the "Purchases" section to help you navigate through your transactions based on specific criteria. The filter allows you to sort transactions based on their status, timeframe, and price. This feature enables you to quickly find and focus on transactions that meet your specific needs or preferences.
