Services Only Sales

You can make services only transactions without any connection to the lot.

To purchase services without a specific lot, simply click on the "Service Sales" button, then select the option "Without Lot".

Next, you will be directed to the transaction processing page, just like in the case of purchasing a lot.

The process then proceeds in the same manner as before. Once the lot is selected and paid for, we can purchase services for it. We choose the services, fill in the buyer's information, payment plan, confirmation, and everything else according to transaction wisard. The only difference is that in this case, there is no sale of a specific location.

By default, for the "Services sales" category, the option "I don't need a Purchase Agreement at all" is set as the default setting. This means that when conducting service sales, a Purchase Agreement is not required.
