To create a new Arrangement, click the "NEW ARRANGEMENT" button.

A wizard with 4 steps will appear.

Pick the Funeral Director and fill in the Decedent and Cremation data. Cremation Data can differ from an example slightly, based on your Crematorium's specifications.

The Cremation Data section ensures that all the necessary procedures, such as the decedent having jewelry or pacemaker removed, are done. As mentioned before, your screen might differ slightly and might not have some or any of the present checkboxes but may have others.

On the same page, choose the level of return urgency, specify the details, and pick the date and time of the delivery. You can also describe any special instructions if present. When everything is done, click "PROCEED TO SERVICES"

In the Services section, you can choose what service is required for the arrangement. It is possible to choose multiple options if necessary. The availability of some Services to the Funeral Director can be changed in the Settings menu. To the admin of the Crematorium all of the Services listed in the Settings are present. This ensures that internal services stay in the range of the Crematorium workers only.

The next section allows you to attach documents. This is an optional step, you can upload them later if necessity occurs. Some documents might also be added when processing the arrangement to other steps of the cremation automatically, if so is configured beforehand.

The last step is Payment, here you can choose the method of the transaction and complete it or tick the checkbox to make a payment later. There is also an option "Prepaid" if the transaction has already been completed.

At the end, a card with a summary of all details will show. You can check that everything is in order and proceed to "ALL ARRANGEMENTS".

The new arrangement will appear on top in the Arrangements tab in Crematorium Management. If the "Rush" urgency level was chosen, the entry will have a red background to signal the fact that the arrangement must be prioritized.
