Preparation and Disposition

After the deceased person is cremated, the arrangement is moved to the Preparation stage. Here you can prepare all the necessary documentation and add it to the card. The last arrangement you moved from Cremation will be on top of the list in the corresponding tab.

Similarly to the previous stage, to move the arrangement further to disposition either click "MOVE TO DISPOSITION" button at the bottom of the arrangement card or select the dropdown option with the same function.

Depending on the prior configurations discussed with our team, some documents can be generated and added automatically to the card at this step of the process. You can find them in the Documents section of the arrangement card.

After the arrangement is moved to Disposition, you can check all the info, add more documents if necessary, and when the process is completed –  send the arrangement to Archive. The process here is the same as in the previous step.

When the entry goes to Archive, all the data you have collected will be saved there. You can access the information at any time and see when each step of the arrangement processing occurred in the History section of the card. You are able to add documents and notes if necessary.
