Arrangements

Arrangements page contains all entries of cremation arrangements to which you have not yet received a decedent or payment for and that are not moved to storage or cremation.

The list here shows only crucial information for ease of tracking. It is divided into columns which are highlighted in the picture.

To access more information click anywhere within the field of an entry to open a card with all necessary details.

All the data is collected while creating a new arrangement and is displayed in this card. If necessary, you can also upload additional documents, leave notes or view the status history of the entry.

It is also possible to filter arrangements by several criteria: dates, funeral homes, and payment status.

In order to move the arrangement to other steps, click the dropdown menu on the right of the entry and choose the correct tab for it to go.

In some cases it is necessary to make a payment before you continue. You can initiate a transaction in several ways:

1. While making a new arrangement, payment can be made before an entry is added to the list. 

2. In the arrangement card by clicking either of two "MAKE A PAYMENT" buttons.

3. In the arrangements list with a dropdown menu.

The payment module will appear. Here you can choose the payment method or select the prepaid option if the arrangement has already been paid for.

If there is a need to cancel the arrangement, you can do it by using a button at the bottom of the arrangement card.

If everything is in order and the payment has been made, you can proceed by moving the decedent into storage or cremation tab. You can do it in an arrangement card or with a dropdown menu from the list of entries.

The final step is to choose the crematorium operator, storage and designate the decedent their personal number.
