Wizard Step 1: Lots

At this stage, the selected plots are displayed. Currently, it is possible to purchase up to four plots. If any changes are required, simply click on the icon and select the desired plot.

Additionally, at this stage, you can add any comments if needed.

Wizard Step 2: Services

The services are categorized and depend on each cemetery and its price list. The total cost and a list of selected services are displayed at the bottom.

You have the flexibility to add a custom service of your choice, which can then be seamlessly integrated into the existing price list. We understand that your needs may vary, and we strive to accommodate your preferences by providing personalized options.

Wizard Step 3: Purchasers

The rights holder is the individual to whom the document of rights transfer is issued. In the document, the rights holder's phone number is a mandatory field, and now the email address will also be mandatory. There can be multiple rights holders. Any of the rights holders can act as the buyer. The contact person can be any individual chosen for this role.

To add an additional rights holder, you can use the "Add another rights holder" button. This button allows you to easily include another individual as a rights holder in the documentation. By clicking on this button, you can provide the necessary information for the new rights holder, ensuring that all relevant parties are accounted for in the rights transfer process.

In the event that the person being filled in already exists in the system, you will have the option to select them from a dropdown list.  By selecting the person from the dropdown list, you can quickly associate them as a rights holder without having to re-enter their details.

If a rights holder is no longer relevant, you can remove them by using the provided "Delete" button.

The purchaser can either be the same person as the rights holder or a separate individual/сorporate.

The contact person can also be a different individual. This is particularly useful in cases where the rights holder may be incapacitated or unable to act on their own behalf.

You have the option to configure additional parameters for document generation:

  1. Purchaser e-Signature on Purchase Agreement: If you do not require the purchaser's e-signature on the Purchase Agreement, this option can be disabled.

  2. Purchase Agreement: If you do not need a Purchase Agreement at all, this option can be turned off.

  3. Certificate of Ownership with zero cost: If you enable this parameter, the Certificate of Ownership (Deed) will be generated with a cost of "Zero Dollars ($0.00)".

To switch off the "Same as Rights Holder" toggle, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the toggle switch labeled "Same as Rights Holder."
  2. Turn off the toggle switch to disable the "Same as Rights Holder" option.

After disabling the toggle, you will be able to choose a Funeral Home from the drop-down list. Please note that when selecting a Funeral Home, the option "I don't need a Purchase Agreement at all" will be set as the default setting.

Wizard Step 4: Lettering

The inscription that will be displayed on the burial plaque is typically ordered in advance, especially when a person is anticipating their passing. In such cases, the lettering on the plaque usually does not include the date of death. This allows for a more timeless and enduring tribute, focusing on the individual's name or a personalized message without explicitly mentioning the date of their passing.

Wizard Step 5: Payment Plan

By default, the pricing is set as the full price, with the option to apply discounts in both percentage and dollar amounts.

Payment can be made in full or in installments. In the case of installment payments, you have the flexibility to specify the frequency of payments, such as monthly, quarterly, or annually.

You will provide the initial down payment amount, the subsequent payment amount, and the date of the first payment. Our platform will automatically calculate and generate a payment plan for you. Additionally, if you initially intended to make a full payment, you have the flexibility to convert it into an installment plan if needed.

Our platform simplifies the payment process and provides convenience for managing your payments according to your preferences and financial needs.

Wizard Step 6: Documents

If you have additional documents that need to be attached to the transaction, you can upload them in this window. However, if you don't have any such documents, you can simply skip this step.

Wizard Step 7: Confirmation

At this stage, a reconciliation of the ordered services takes place, including the selected burial plot and any previously chosen services. If any errors were made, each parameter can be edited accordingly.

For the services, you can specify which ones have been pre-paid in advance.

When editing any of the previously specified parameters, the user is directed back to the corresponding stage of the transaction where that parameter is filled in. This allows for seamless editing and updating of information, ensuring accuracy and completeness throughout the process.
