In the "Requests" section, you can find and manage inquiries made by users on the cemetery website. When a user selects a specific plot and expresses interest in purchasing it, their request will be directed to this subsection for further processing.
By clicking on a specific request, you will be able to view all the details provided by the user on the website. Once you have reviewed the information, you can either accept or reject the request using the corresponding buttons. You can also open the request in a separate tab by clicking on the icon below.
When you click the "Approve" button, you will be redirected to the familiar deal details page with the step-by-step process. Here, you can review the details of the transaction and make any necessary changes if required.
If it's not possible to proceed with the transaction, you can click on the "Decline" button. This will open a window with a pre-generated response for the buyer. You can customize this response as needed. The response will be sent to the user's email address.
