Making a Payment

To make a payment in Family Portal, please choose the Payments tab.

You can check on your payment dates and the expected ammount here. To make a payment, click the "Pay now" button on the right.

You will be presented with payment options. There are currently three methods available.

The first option is to pay online using a credit or debit card. To make a payment this way you need to enter the card's number, the expiration date, and the CVC code from the card's back. 

This process is secure, and you can allow your web browser to save this information for future payments, if you want to.

Next option is a Bank Transfer. To make a payment this way, you will need to log in to your bank account via your bank's website. Uncheck the Billing address option if necessary and provide the correct billing address.

When you choose to continue with "Make a Payment" button, you will see the Plaid system information module. Here you can check the "Plaid End User Privacy Policy", and then click "Continue".

Choose your Bank, use search, to filter, if needed.

To complete the authorization, you will be directed to your bank's website via "Continue to login" button.

Last option is making a direct payment by check or in cash. When you choose this option, payment will appear for approval on the cemetery's side.  It would appear as "Pending" on Family Portal, until the cemetery's personel affirmate that the payment was recieved in their internal system.

Once the payment is made, it will appear in the "Payments" tab along with the date and the amount paid.

You can pay more than the expected summ. This will also be tracked within the tab. If that is the case, the expected ammount for future months will be checked as "Paid" as shown in an example below.
