Adding a new Work Order

To create a new Order, click the "ADD WORK ORDER" button above the filters menu in the Work Orders page.

This will navigate you to the work order creation module with three steps.

In order to add a new assignment, you need to specify the location and the task itself. Other fields are optional and can be either specified or skipped. If you don't specify the person who should receive the assignment, any available employee can take the task and complete it.

When you start typing in the task, previously added tasks list will appear. This is convenient, if you have tasks that are done repeatedly. Take notice that the tasks list is register sensitive. Previously not added tasks will be present in the list after you enter them once. When you add task for the first time and not from the list, click the plus icon after entering.

To add one more task, enter it's content in the field "ONE MORE TASK" and click the plus icon. To delete the task from the list, click the bin icon.

When everything is done, click "PROCEED TO DOCUMENTS". Here you can upload any documents that might be necessary for the completion of the task or context of the assignment. They will be visible both from the web page and smart application. To proceed to the last step click the button below the documents attachment field.

The confirmation page lets you browse through the whole assignment. If one or more fields need edit, click the pen icon in the title of the task section. You can print the page if necessary and continue with "CONFIRM AND CREATE WORK ORDER".

You will get a notification that creating a task was successful, and will be directed back to the Work Orders page.

After everything is completed, person who the task was assigned to will see a new Work Order in their app. You will also see the created task in the list of the New tab.
